At AFES, we aim to consider quality through product identification, development, production, inspection, packing and delivery rather than only at final inspection.
Our principles
- Evaluate technical drawings, OEM references and vehicle applications together
- Verify dimensional and tolerance requirements for each product
- Establish appropriate production and assembly checkpoints
- Improve traceability of product and batch information
- Record nonconformities and support corrective improvements
- Use customer feedback to inform continuous improvement
